HOA Dues and other Assessments

• HOA dues are paid annually. The yearly amount is determined at the annual meeting each year. Currently dues are $375. There is a registration fee of $150 for new homeowners.

• Dues paid after March 1st incur a late fee pf $50 and interest will be charged on the total amount due.

• Dues and other assessments can be paid online at www.payhoa.com. Should you owe late fees or dues in arrears, please email wyndhamsouthhoa@gmail.com and an invoice can be generated.

• Mail a check with the home you are paying for in the memo field to:
