WHAT DAY IS GARBAGE COLLECTED?

  • Garbage is collected on Tuesday morning. Trash cans and other items, such as recyclables and yard clippings, may be placed on the street Monday evening, or early Tuesday morning.

WHAT ARE HOA DUES?

  • Annually HOA dues are approved at the Annual HOA meeting on January 31st of each year. There is a registration fee of $150 for new homeowners.

  • Dues can be paid online at www.payhoa.com. Should you owe late fees or dues in arrears, all fees will be shown on your account there.

ARE CARS ALLOWED TO BE PARKED IN THE STREET OR IN THE SWIMMING POOL PARKING LOT?

  • No. Each Lot or Dwelling shall provide for adequate off-street parking (i.e. parking areas located solely within the property lines of such Lot or Dwelling). Vehicles shall be parked only in driveways constructed in accordance with the provisions of Section 6.19 of the covenants, or in garages constructed in accordance with the provisions of Section 6.13 of the covenants. Vehicles shall not be parked on any landscaped or natural areas of the Lot or Dwelling.

DO I NEED APPROVAL TO HAVE A FENCE BUILT?

  • Yes. No Dwellings or other Improvements of any nature whatsoever shall be constructed on any Lot or Dwelling unless such Dwelling and/or Improvements have been approved by the ARC in the manner set forth in Article V of the covenants.
